Interactive Design

Interactive design is the way humans use digital products, services, gadgets, systems and devices that people can react and respond to. Interactive design is based on the whole process whereby these services and devices interrelate through communication between the devices themselves and the consumers using them. It is the priority and devotion on ways we interact with things and designing ways that makes interaction simpler for the average person, easier and more successful for the user.

“True interactivity is not about clicking on icons
or downloading files, it’s about encouraging communication.”
Edwin Schlossberg, 2002
